Josh Smith

Joshua Smith has been is a veteran project manager with 15 years of project management experience.  Josh has spent the last 13 years working for a fortune 500 company managing projects that have ranged from the tens of thousands to over $200 million.

Josh’s focus with OSA Mountain Construction is ensure that the projects our clients dream about not only come to fruition, but do so on time and on budget.  To accomplish this, constant communication is required with our team, vendors, suppliers, and definitely our clients.

Our clients will value Josh’s attention to detail, constant communication, and ability to walk them through the Costa Rican building experience.

Jose Godinez

Jose Godinez has been in the construction field for the last 14 years.  He has completed numerous project within Costa Rica, as well as spending time building in the United States to understand additional building methodologies.  In his tenure, Jose had had the opportunity to work with a variety of building materials and modalities including concrete block, insulated concrete forms, steel, wood and pre-fabricated panels.

Jose places strong emphasis on communication, trust, and ensuring that every client is completely satisfied with their project.  Jose is a native Costa Rican, but speaks excellent English, and makes himself available via phone, text and email ensuring the clients are always able to be in contact.

Rodolfo Hernandez

Rodolfo Hernandez has been an Architect and Engineer in Costa Rica for almost two decades.  After graduating from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica with a degree in Construction Engineering, Rodolfo has maintained his own practice as well as working in a management capacity at several private firms.

With experience ranging from 50 square foot additions to 7000 square foot office buildings, Rodolfo has the experience and capacity to tackle any project.  Experiences include residential, pools, office building, leveraging materials such as concrete block, concrete structures, poured concrete, prefabricated systems, steel and wood. His dedication to bringing value to the customer both by sharing is knowledge as well as focusing on value based pricing make Rodolfo an asset to any project.

Rodolfo values open communication, information sharing, and ultimately creating a beautiful design that will satisfy his clients for years to come.
